Imagine you handle your maintenance contracts with the help of trakked and want to be reminded of the next steps (e.g. informing the customer or writing the invoice) before the end of a contract period. This is exactly what you can use the reminder function for.
You can add as many reminders as you like per installation. To do this, click on the three dots in the detailed view and select "Add reminder". When creating a reminder, you can set the date, time and the rhythm of the repetition. You can also enter a short text. Finally, you can specify which people in your organisation should receive this reminder.
Later, you can quickly find all installations with an active reminder using the "Reminders" filter. If necessary, you can edit or delete the reminders.
